I'm about going to buy the one of the LLL.info, but in this case there is one letter Q in the LLL and the other two are the premium letter. So should I buy this domain? is this worth to buy and under what price?

The value really depends on how meaningful those three letters are to the buyer even though it's a LLL.com. If a buyer really want this doman, then potential value could be very high.

One Q isn't a deal breaker for me. There may not be a lot of English "Q" words, but there are some good ones in the few that exist.

Assuming it's a random LLL (with a Q), you should be able to sell it for $180 or so in a few months. They will never be worth as much as LLL.com's are today (_\|/_). It really just depends on the name.
