Nice design. Blue and orange color is matching good for the template.

The Header looks too plain with just an 468x60 ad.

May be good header with logo make it more attractable.

You will find on the web a thousand similar and better designs. There is so many websites with free and low priced professional templates including all kind of files PSD, HTML, Flash, WP, Joomla...

I sold them through my brother who have many site owners in his contact list on yahoo messenger.

I can say that the buyer was from forum like NP, can not share the name. You should go to a forum related to the topic of your template ( Like mine was " PTC " ) and sell there.
