Honestly, I think the design looks a little cheap. I don't like the little jagged parts above and below the header, for example. I dunno, maybe that's just a personal thing. I just spent a few minutes looking for a good alternative theme but couldn't really find one that I liked more. If you're already making money off of the site (and you should be with that many readers...), consider buying a premium WP theme like Thesis. (I think their URL is diythemes.com?). That's what I've got and I'll never go back to free themes. It makes a huge difference, IMO.

Also, a favicon would be nice.
