Alright, top to bottom:
I've seen worse - a lot worse! You have a template, that's a good step in the right direction.
Logo:
Not too bad, center it - alongside with the rest of the site.
Revise the colors, the off pink doesn't suit the industry at all. Music + boutique should be a LOT more stylish, the pink/flesh color is well,..bad.
Bring some more dynamic into the logo, something that literally amplifies your presence.
The logo also needs it's representation in the Favicon.
Content/ Left side bar:
The Good - you have one,...side bar that is.
The bad - the font is distorted and doesn't go with the font of the logo
The ugly - it's not THAT ugly, just needs some work.
The center content:
Consists Mainly of advertising. In your starting page, you HAVE to deliver enticing content, something that draws me in - advertising is NOT going to do this.
You do have quite some pictures listed, unfortunately, the pictures are opening another tab/window upon being clicked. Mouse over magnify them OR magnify them on the SAME screen upon click.
Unless your site is comprised of affiliate links, you're on the wrong track - its about YOU, your business, your services, your bands, your connections. Only after you're done, you should rely on advertising, or build the advertising into your content.
The white line, cutting the screen/template in half needs to go.
It's about music, i don't "feel like" clicking on your MySpace or YouTube link
You're either losing me at this point or your getting me to click, in which case, you've lost me again - maybe not totally, but i clicked away from your site. Now i find myself distracted by tons of other content surrounding your message on YouTube/Myspace. Ultimately, YOU ARE going to lose me this way. Myspace/Youtube should be utilized as incoming referral only - not as outgoing.
Last but not least - it's a music boutique? Where's the music? embedded mp3 helps a lot.
