Hi there , recently ive changed the theme/Template of my site

Earlier it was all black but now ive added a new theme to it and its not only black anymore.

Please review my site and please tell me what you like about it and what you dont. Also what do you think is missing ??

Well Intelbank its not a WP designs .
Its just a site with my own work , no cms .
