I can see why your after an SEO license. Ad placement is ok. Looks like you need more content then just links. It kind of reminds me of a pre- year 2000 website. It looks like it is overloaded with links to the point where very few will find useful.

BWR Score is 54.17% so there is quite a few things your could improve.
