I recently started a proxy site and today I've chosen a new theme and placed adsense and bidvertiser there.

I would like to know how best my ads can perform within this theme including link colors, google's TOS and others.

I also need suggestion about the ad network for proxified page and if possible how best to exchange link with other proxy sites.

Thank you for the comment, could you please suggest me how best to deal with ads there or what could I do to optimize the ads there?

Also please suggest what ads type can be used in proxified page.
