The main objective of your site is to entice visitors to submit their links. The only way that this stands out is through the "Submit Link" tab to the left and top right. The presence of the buttons is quite well placed, i'd include some level of explanation on your site though, that your main purpose is to get links, share links with users, etc. If i didn't know what your site is about per your explanation

very nice, it's a bit in your face but i think that's a good thing, the only problem would be that the icons top right corner a bit too big, but the banner is nice and the layout is easy to work with

it's easy to navigate and you can tell you have put a bit of work into it
