The design is good but the background color is making the site boring.

i couldn't have checked the site , i ran away by looking at the first page
man the whole page is over-flowing making us go all the way forward with the scrollbar
resize them to fit it well, maybe its only me, i was using a resolution of 800x600
either ways please change your background color, it looks horriable also i can't see a copyright on your site please add one.

Agree with people here about the color, in addition, you have to align the boxes, make the header smaller, its too large.

I made the resolution smaller it's now 800 pxl large
