I would rate it as a 4 sorry, I really don't like the header. It also looks like you just followed the steps of a tutorial (I am probaly wrong about that though). Anyways, could use a little more something.. and maybe make each content box different.

3, its kinda dark and uses a lot of effects that just look amateury. Not trying to downhearten you, but this is what I think. Just keep practicing and you'll get better.

Some elements are good though, like, the logo looks pretty cool! The orb thing at the top is what I am referring too.
