Structure wise, it is very bad practise to use tables for layouts; try looking into CSS layouts.
Also the code has thrown up some validation errors - CSS and HTML.
Also it fails alot of accessibility recommendations, such as including "alt" attributes for images - this is important for users who may need to use a screen reader in order to view your website.
