Looks good, I like the concept! The shadow makes the text on the navigation bar a little hard to read though, you might want to remove that.

I see colorful banners everywhere, but the header is gray and dull. I think making it blue or normal color would be a lot better. It's great though!

Preety decent. I would add a nice background to it. Also, the text on the menu is hard to read - I would tweak it a little.

The text on the top nav bar is difficult to read. Also maybe you could use a san serif font (for the text at the bottom). A background would be nice too. Other than that, I like it.
