You can do a site about vaccine. The word vaccine was derived from the word "Vaca" during the time of Edward Jenner who discovered the vaccine for smallpox.

If anything they would go after vacation.mobi.

When it comes to .mobi you better go after the best keywords or very high quality LLL. Don't waste your time registering names. Instead you should look to purchase aftermarket domains if you plan on investing

they would probably use m.vacation dot com or keyword + mobile dot com.

for example, godaddy use godaddymobile.com

I've never owned a .mobi so I can't help you too much but I did sell a similar name in a different extension just last month. Vacca.info - 110 euros

No idea why that would be deleted.
