i hope some one will help me on this am at my wits end with it enom will not help me i emailed them lots times am fed up realy am.
am new a newbi i got a domain name from ebay user he set up my account ,am building a web site and have hostd a account with enom i tryed to do a email form but when the user send the email it dont work they will not help me
as they say its not in my name.but in whatdomains the name of the guy i got it off but i cant see were to remove it.
anyone help me

Are you saying that there is an email form on your website that won't send? If so, post the code and we'll try to help you.

Maybe if your host can't help you then you should find another that will like http://dotnamehost.com . Also enom should help you if not your host should to like I would. Post code and you might get someone to help you.

what am trying to say is this

i then tryd to do a email form it will not work so i ask enom for help but they have said we can not help you becouse the hosting acount is not in my name as the account was set up by a reseller but all the settings everything is in my name everything
i see nothing anywere of the ebay user the name i got of him is there but am not using it i have emaild him but to date not head anything.

Some companies do provide direct support to customers who buy their products from resellers; others don't (the reseller provides the support instead). Who is responsible for providing support will have been specified in the initial agreement between Enom and the reseller. It sounds like in this case the reseller is responsible for providing support, in which case Enom are quite right to send you back to him.

i have email him ,am close to call this domaing in think it may be to much of a head ache ill i want to do is make a email form and when some on click send it goes to my address but the help pages and the people at enom dont want to know yet i paid for the name and the hosting yet becouse i bought a name of a guy on ebay who name am not useing i cant have help

Enom isn't doing anything wrong here. This is what the relevant section of the reseller agreement ("RSA") says:

Support. You shall be responsible for providing customer service, billing, and technical support to your customers, Sub-Resellers below your Account, and customers of your Sub-Resellers

Your reseller agreed with Enom that he would be the one to provide you with any technical support you need.

That said, I'm not quite sure you're entitled to the support you're after anyway.

I can't quite understand what the difficulty you're having is, but it sounds like it might be a coding problem. Does the email address that you want the form to send email to work at all?

If it is a coding problem, then I wouldn't expect any web host to help you with it; they're responsible for your hosting, not your coding. You may need to find a coder to help you (or post your code here and see if someone will help you fix it).

i bought website x5 evolution it has a form builder i make my site then uploads it . i fill in all the details in the settings with the program then opload it ,i got enom host as x5 said you need php host for this to work,i dont do no codeing i just use the program
i can do everything else but not this please help if you can
it is extra hard for me as am blind and me and my wife both do this together
on the computer she reads whats said and i type but my word tend to apear to u as i say it what sometimes looks a bit odd

Okay, that sounds like an issue with a service you purchased, so you probably are entitled to support (but probably from the reseller, not Enom).

Incidentally, the reseller agreement ("RSA") also says this:

If the Backend Service Provider determines that you are providing inadequate support to your customers (resulting in, for example, an excessive number of support calls directly from your customers), then the Backend Service Provider may consider this to be a breach of this RSA by you and may terminate this RSA.

If your reseller isn't providing support, then he could have his reseller account terminated.

You situation is unique. Your explaination is confusing. Your grammar and writing is poor. You should not expect help here, you are wasting people's time.

If you want help at least have the common courtesy to use proper grammar and complete sentences and give intelligible explainations.
