Please Make a suggestion for this 250$ domain development..

Hello,
i have a domain called Hell Bill [dot] Com.... small easy-to-remember dictionary words, i got an offer for it with 250$, but i refused to sell it.... right now i think i wanna develop it to something nice and unique, but iam not sure about the best idea for its development... so please help me with suggestions about this. thanks

Why did you buy it in the first place ?
Were you planning to sell it, or did you have some kind of development in mind that would work with the domain name ?
