You see lots of sites like that listed on eBay, if you want a quick flip list it there. Since it's new though it doesn't really live up to it's name though.

I would definitely do something more than the cookie cutter phpizabi site. I see you changed some of the photos, but thats about it. You'd definitely be better modding it into a new look and feel.

Might also be better off turning it into a place for musicians...
