they are not able to check even the time when the bid was placed..

Please keep in mind that each member has a different time zone setting. The member auctioning the domain has their profile set to central time and your profile is set to pacific time, so naturally both see a different time, however the time normaly goes by the auctioneers time which would be central and also happens to be the same time zone as Blake who sees the same time as the auctioneer.

If you count the hours from your bid to the next bid, he beat the 72 hour deadline by 4 hours and 55 minutes.

$28 is mentioned by the thread creator, I think by mistake he put it..
