Two words that by themselves make sense.
But together like this?
No sense.

Reg fee at best.

i don't totally agree.

It brings 4400 views globally per month to keyword "rent motel" and it is medium competition on google keyword tools

when people look for something fast like hotel or motel. they mite type in "rent motel" instead of "book motel". Don't you think so? Thanks for your respond.

A few people might type 'rent motel' in a search engine but not enough to add useful value to rentmotel.com. When using the keyword tool to weed domains, select match type [exact] and deselect match type broad unless you want to believe that there are billions of valuable word combinations. For example, match type broad:

bed motel = 5400
onion beer = 9900
sock shirt = 5400
oil milk = 14800
vinegar milk = 6600
etc.

even when you typed in rent motel there are some sponsored links to kayak or priceline

Yes rent makes sense with motel but the phrase is a little blunt. It reminds me of the tongue in cheek phrase "get a room." You could run a business on rentmotel.com and it's better than 90% of the names discussed here but that's not saying much since 99% probably get eaten alive by reg fee termites.

You could use the term rent at the lobby saying "I would like to rent a room" But the quickest way for a motel to get "normal" cusomers to run away or slam a phone is to say anything that suggest the establishment has "rentals" as in people living in the motel.
