I sold a .be name that I have registered at Godaddy.
I am trying to transfer (push) this name to another persons Godaddy account and I get this error:
Domains with these TLDs do not support changes to the registrant's First Name, Last Name, or Organization. Please use the domain registrant's existing First Name, Last Name and Organization.
TAXHELP.BE

I called Godaddy and they were not too helpful. They just said that some extensions have "weird" rules, and this one was one of them. I know there has to be someone that has sucsessfully pushed a .be name. Can anyone help me out?

if support of gd said that then no one can help you out outside of gd
try this:
post a comment at http://www.bobparsons.com/
mention it to the ceo and his secretary will reply via email
it's comment is moderated and make sure to leave your username and email used in your gd account. that's what i do if im desperate, or call them.
if you post a comment in his blog, they usually reply within 24 to 48 hours whatever their reply is favorable or not, they're sure to reply.

Did you enter a organization name into the field?

You cannot push a .be domain just like a .com and the same holds true for many ccTLDs.
A few registrars like Eurodns allow the internal push of .be domain from one user to another but this will only transfer control of the domain while ownership of the domain remains unchanged.
To change the registrant (legal owner) you need to initiate a TRADE procedure via the registry.
It's all explained here:
http://dns.be/en/home.php?n=50

That's the reason why there is no 'push' available for this type of domains at Godaddy and the majority of registrars.

Make sure you are aware of the rules when dealing with foreign TLDs

I know this much, this will start in 10 days..
Due to a conversion of the DNS BE registration system there are no .be procedures/transactions available from 1/12 until 4/12. For the time the BE registry is down, no registrar, can not offer any services for .BE.

Why ?
If you deal with .de or .co.uk domains etc you will have similar procedures.
Anyway, it's not your problem, it's up to the buyer to find a registrar and then initiate the transfer request.
Then you receive the E-mail from the registry, you approve (or deny) the transfer request and that's it. As the seller you have very little to do.

Kate is right and for your info, the same procedure exists/applies for .eu names!

Toker, that intervention was in the past and has been finished for over a month now ...

But this was not a transfer from one registrar to another. This was a push within the same registrar. (Godaddy) :(

Yes but it doesn't change a thing.
The new owner can decide to keep the domain at the same registrar or not.
But the only way to change (legal) ownership is to do the TRADE procedure via registry.
Believe me, many country TLDs work in the same fashion. With .com it's easy to change owner, you just edit whois.

Again, it's not really your problem but you may need to explain the buyer how it works.

So the Buyer needs to go to the registry (in this case www.dns.be) and then request the change?

Transfer is initiated via the registrar.
Buyer needs to choose a registrar then request transfer of existing domain and the registrar will take care of the rest. Registry will send an E-mail to domain holder (you), to confirm (or deny) the transfer of ownership.
