I would say reg fee $x at best undeveloped

population of 20,000 which includes men, women and children. that is not a big town at all. Its about the size of my neighborhood, my city has 1,750,000.

It also has an extremely low OVT/181 searches in the month of May 2006 for "elizabethtown real estate"

There is more than one Elizabethtown, but I doubt any of them are very big. Its also a rather long name. I don't see much value in it.
