Please appraise short domain with traffic...

Hello, I am the owner of the directory 9dir.com . I am not decided yet to sell it (domain name + site) but I would like to have a clue of its price, in order to make decisions, so please any help is more the welcomed. 9dir.com has 1300 pages indexed in Google and 4000 links to it, PR 2 , and Alexa Rank 88,875 .

Not many revenues at this point since it is a free directory and I haven’t put any ads, only from featured links around $50/month.

If I keep it I will redesign it and put ads, but now what do you think its price is?

I am asking because automated appraisal services gave valuation high $x.xxx which put me in thoughts.

Any prices? It don’t have to be too precise, only to have a general idea about its value.
