sanandreas is interesting, I would have regged it had I thought of it. The tourist angle is low since the city in CA is tiny but it's namesake earthquake fault line is news fodder every time the earth shakes in the Granola state. Then there is the Grand Theft Auto angle, perhaps a mobile site for cheats.

Undeveloped, I'd say high $xx to low $xxx at best. Really got to develop it to build it's value. For 99% of .mobis I think you will get out of it what you put into it in development.
