"Please enable javascript" code wanted

Hi Guys,

I'm looking for some code to test if javascript is enabled in the browser, and display a "this website requires javascript, please enable javascript and reload" message.

Anyone have something simple for this? I've tried searching google but the results are polluted and nothing relevant comes up.
