This has it covered. Bunch of other sites exist too, regarding colleges in Nashville. Since no real demand for it...I'm going to have to say little value, IMO. However, accept offers on it. Genuinely hope you get something. If you do pull it off, and some buyer views it as a knowledge base of some sort, then XXX (I just think it won't be easy, considering what already exists)
