Though it is cvcvc, and brandable but I guess it's more in 5000 ballpark.

Reg fee from my point of view. I am not sure why it would be worth more than that? Anyway anything is possible if you find the right buyer you may even get more.

Who wants to brand themselves as kukuk ?
Maybe this is a good name in Chinese or some language but I doubt it would be well received in the UK. The name was available for a reason.

You want 10K for a domain you registered just a few months ago, and that nobody would buy for a few pounds while it was available. Sorry, but domaining doesn't work like that. There are not many names that sell in that range in .uk, even in .com.
