I like the games

But the content is not fitted to the name,

I think it's a waste of a name IMHO! (i mean that in a nice way, the name court.us is excellent but the content is of no use to anyone who would visit court.us) and i think it will make it harder fo you to sell at a later date.

Agreed. A site regarding the United States' court system would have much greater appeal and would be frequented by individuals with deep pockets (meaning your potential adverstising revenue stream could be large).
