This is what I love about domains. You can have appraisals from 2 different sources that are dramatically different. I guess all that matters is what the one person buying it is willing to pay. I think this is just as good as BuySaws.com which I just sold for $330 on ebay.

Appraisals for domains are just opinions - some more educated than others.
But at the end of the day, it doesn't really matter...what matters is the price where the buyer/seller meet and agree at.
