domain Please Appraise

Hello,
I am a bit interested in putting up one of my proxies for auction (changeinternet.com) it is almost two years old and is a page rank of 3. I have about 800 websites linking into the proxy and it has an alexa rank of 73,644.

Estibot appraised it for $11,000. How much do you think is a realistic price?

How much actual traffic does it receive? How much does it make per month? Why is the Estibot figure seemingly so high?

I think Estibot is making this high evaluation per its estimation of traffic at 2000 visit/day, which can't be confirmed with Estibot. OP please post traffic stats.

If its a valid PR3, then I say low$XXX initially..

Since December 2007 I have made on average $27.00 per month on Adsense. Unfortunately, I do not have all my stats since then as I have switched hosts a number of times but I do have the stats for April provided by AwStats. Here they are:

I changed hosts in the beginning of April.

Oh, Jeff, I saw the stats from URL trends and they are way off. Those stats are from September 9, 2007.
