the traffic on sedo is about 1200 visits/month.

Metin is a common male name in turkish, means "strong", but for sure is a common name in many countries (18,900,000 google results), is regged in at least 24 other TLD.

the traffic is due an old development of this domain about hotels and a big free online game with similar name.

hard to appraise, not being italian / or turkish ( turkish name with .it extension?? )
is the 1200 visits stable? (how many months stats?) what's the revenue on the 1200 visitors? i would put it at around 12 months revenue ( of course turkish/italians may pay more, as they could be more confident of the meaning )

i got it for 2 months and the traffic is growing (a new popular game has a very similar name), renvenue are about reg fee each month, but i didn't configured it.


12 month revenue usually is what a unbrandable domain with tm problems has. IMO it's the minimum for each domain with traffic. Well, nobody needs a brandable .it domain right now, i assume i will keep it parked.
