domain Please Appraise

This is a site I started and never did much with. It has potential, as Overture lists 22,906 searches per month for cheesecake recipe, 1988 searches per month on easy cheesecake recipe.

Google lists 133 pages that contain the term "www.EasyCheeseCakeRecipes.com". Only a few are my own pages.

To use the site design and sell the recipe ebook on the site, a person would need to belong to a monthly membership site and it is well worth it. So they would need to join through my affiliate link.

If belonging to the membership site did not not appeal, they could use this site for any cheesecake recipe idea.

The name is very long, but does have a good sound to it. I'm guessing no type-in traffic, just search engine and link traffic. For a domain like this with a website I would probably appraise it based on income generated.

For the name alone I would say low to mid $xx. Add to that maybe 24 months income.

I have a very similar name, not quite as long, nearly identical topic, about the same traffic. I've had offers as high as $200, so I figure you could expect the same.

Hmm, the domain is long and not in the most valuable area, but your strategy is well thought out and seems well-planned. This adds value, but the domain on its own is high $xx-low$xxx, purely on the basis that it is a popular topic etc in ebooks and resellers etc, so chances of finding someone willing to develop it are pretty good.
