I like the keyword etop and that it does have an OVT score w/o ext (161); however, the .be certainly hurts the value. There are quite a few webpages with "etop" as the keyword (495,000 google results) and the keywords wourks well for various acronyms.
To a reseller, I don't think this domain has a ton of value--maybe low to mid xx; however, if you find an end user, I would expect it to go for xxx and up.

Just as a disclaimer: I'm no expert on .be domains so I may not be the best person to offer a firm appraisal on this one.

.be domains where free. After the massive .be land rush I’d pretty much say it’s worthless. All the gems have been taken and I personally think this domain is worthless. Sorry about that my friend. May I ask did you pay for it?

IT may be worthless to us, but what about people that live in the .be extension? Shouldn't it carry value to them?

I'm actually getting reasonable traffic on my .be sites

I also like the interesting tie in wit BE like... BE Happy (happy.be)

I think they may increase in value and I'd really like to BE Etop webiste (etop.be)

Anyway, get some traffic there and you'll be fine
