I just grabbed this for a fun little project that I have in mind.
What do you think about it's value ?

I see it was first registered in 2001, then dropped in 2005 and then registered again in 2017 and picked up by me now.

If you create a live chat application, then yes, you can sell that and target it for domainers, to have a live chat system on their landing pages for example.
I bought it with the purpose of creating a chatroom.

domainers chat in net

etc etc.. why i have to buy your domain.

I know, that is why i wanted to see the point of view. It's in the rules of namepros as well, if you do an appraisal below $10, you must add an explanation and I was curious, I want to learn as much as I can

For me It's just too obvious that does not need explanation...how many domain chat do you know?...also

domainer chat room.com is better domain that domain chat .net

specially because the results would be the same with the keywords but superior with the .com
extension.

No value, no end users, any build out would cost more than any return you get, really just a waste of time.

Not many domainers are going to go over to domainerchat.net for a good time of chatting all night long, it's 2018 this sounds so silly.

Look at namepros chat, you can't have a chat without chatters.

I am a developer so waste of time - probably, cost = 0. Depending on how much time I have to work on it or not

As for keywords, namepros uses for their chat the keywords: Domain Chat.

You could be developing things people will actually use, trust me domainers are not interested in chatting it up at domainerchat.net.

By all means spend your days building it, if you build it, I am sure they won't come.
