Confused. When google it comes at as a night club? I see you alreadyvhave for sale on afternic? If no trademark issues, my first move would be to try and offer to the club owner. Otherwise I am not sure I see the word as viable for business development or monetization. Course this is just a quick look up. cheers

Brasil would have been better as it is another name for Brazil but the with additional s at the end it makes me uncertain.
