Honestly, very akward and has plenty of things going against it. Grammatically how would you refer to it? Most likely as MyEstate - your definetly reaching around this one.

I dont see much development oppertunity due to the domain itself. Just difficult to recall and type in, and unlikely to recieve type in traffic.
