These are made up words with exactly Zero searches per month acc. keyword tool. So your understanding how google ads work is wrong.

Your only chance to sell these, is that someone decides to brand some yacht related site with exactly these words and is ready to pay you something for them, instead of chosing something else which is available for 8 dollars to register.

not sure how you have checked it. There are less than 10 google search results for "Yacht clusive".
I assume somebody could bid in adwords for this kind of typo of "Yacht EXclusive"?
