With the recent ruling on Payment Protection Insurance in the uk and many people reclaiming money for this gives some relevance to this domain name. Unforunately I think the double UK doesn't help with regards to value and reselling this name.

Having said that, the domain is developed and value could be very much dependant on traffic or revenue that this site currently makes.
