I don't agree with it being a trademark hassle. Most carriers and many phone manufacturers carry windows phones and advertise that they sell windows phones all over the internet. They can't sell a product if they don't advertise it. Its not as if they are infringing on a product. They are promoting it. Just to put it perspective, I just bought a Generac Generator. While doing my research, I found that there are no less than 50 Google Pages of people advertising that they have Generac Generators for sale. I don't believe that they are infringing on a trademark by offering these Gererac Generators for sale by using the name "Generac" and I seriously doubt that Generac would want all these people to go away.

A product being sold as "licensed" Is one thing. A domain name promoting without permission the licensed name in it is a "No No" The big M is very sensitive about TM . $0 value based on That fact.
