iv just aquired it.
I may develop it into a website for ppl to build sites together
and with no knowledge of html, if i dont get an offer soon.

I like this - it in a really flexible domain. Could be developed into a whole manner of different things. A website directory is the first thing that sprung into mind but your idea is a much more interesting one. I woulsd say mid $000 but it is definitely one of those "what someone is willing to pay for it" type of domains.

i think wiki is a massive market and the domain has obvious development potential

I agree. When you attach "sites" to a name or "lists it takes the name down in Value. Portal type domain.. I had some good ones I let go, Now I don't reg them . You may get $xxx but more than likely you will not see that . It does look and sound nice and a wiki die hard may pay developed.
