I have contacted to tvonics.com people and offer them to get this domain but still no response ! This is also amazing that they didn't register this domain which is similar to their trademark ? I have registered it on Dec. 31, 2008. Why they didn't spend only $8 and secure their trademark ??

Amazing because the Trade mark is tvonics and not tvonic ! Please try to understand ! It is right now on sedo for sale on featured domain. U can see. Sedo has accepted to put this on featured domains and this mean I am not violating the TM.
