I dont see much in the name on its own unless there is a good acronym for it

I did see TKNE.org, TKNE.net & TKNE.co.uk are developed so that could be a place to start

Good luck

Based on actual sales for similar LLLL.com names, if you find somebody interested in that acronym, I should say xxx-x,xxx$ range (I know, its a wide range), depending on several factors, including your negotiation skills.
Of course I'm talking about selling it to end users, not to wholesalers/domainers.

To gilescoley: Obviously it can only be considered as an acronym, since it has no meaning as an ordinary word :).

Thanks. Well, I'm not a domainer anymore..this is the only one I renewed because it was a 4L.com. But it's coming up for renewal again soon and I'm not sure if it's worth it. :|

And I don't have the time to find an end user :(

Low to mid $xx, more realistically.

Not a bad LLLL given the fact it is really not pronounceable, which is generally a major factor in such names for the higher sales figures. Among other factors are the letters themselves and the placement of those letters.

Similar garbled LLLL names, which also lack the aforementioned, seem to sell for around $15-$50 depending on the name. eBay could be your best bet with a name like this. Perhaps even the NamePros auction coming up on May 29th, should you decide on a quick sale. Regardless, given how inexpensive it is to renew, you may just want to spend the $8-$10 renewal fee and keep it.

In the end, as with any name, it is only worth what someone is willing to pay. Is there a buyer willing to pay $xxx-$x,xxx as previously posted? On a mathematical standpoint, yes, it is possible. However, it is also possible you will win the Lotto this weekend, though both are highly unlikely.

Thats was my point, I cant think of any well-known acronyms for these letters, but I didn't do the research on acronyms either

Exactly :) and what someone is willing to pay is in turn based on several factors.

I don't think that probabilities are similar:imho:-, your example is not exactly suitable/fitting.
Otherwise you won't be a domainer, mate :bingo: hehe

As regards prices end users can be available to pay for similar names, I'm sure you regularly check the LLLL.com sales and discussion thread of this forum, among other sources ... :)

Personally I think it's worth a renewal, and in this case my tip is to put it for sale on Sedo or Afternic, cause an end user would pay surely more for it.
If u wanna sell it quickly before expiration, well, then you could use Bido, NP, Ebay, etc but you will likely get a "domainer price", probably in the xx$ range.

Andrea
