Singapore has 4.5M population and 2.5M active internet users.

Reg fee was high (I'm not from Singapore so needed a Proxy Admin) = $120/year

Worth anything by itself?

Anyway I'm not parking it but developing a web site around it

as far as I know, since the strict reg requirements, high reg fee and transfer fee, there are lots of very hot generic keyword .sg left.

So I would say DOT . sg may worth something to the right Singapore end user, otherwise maybe reg fee - x2

yes... .sg is underdeveloped now... but who knows in 6m, 1y or 2y?

things have a habit of turning hot overnight.... lets hope!!
