I was only able to find several websites aside from yours with pages containing the term "Script Kiddy of the Year" or "Script Kiddie of the Year" (Google suggested the latter spelling).
Of those, only one containted the phrase and the word "skoty" in it (this text file). It appears that although this could be the acronym, it hasn't really been established in any major sense yet, and the full phrase isn't even common to begin with.
I mention this because, essentially, you're going to be "branding" the domain from scratch. Taking that into consideration along with the length and the TLD, it doesn't have any inherent value right now. If you would like to raise the appraisal, first develop it with some content along the lines of what you are thinking.
Did you go to the site? It is a fully running site already. It has only been up for a short while and just submitted into Google now. Changing to ie is simple from y I just do it with a y.
