It's hard to make money on something that is free, especially with adblocking getting bigger and bigger.

I would advice everyone to think very carefully before registering domains with the word free in them.

The purpose of stream sites is to watch sports or any tv program for free. You woudn't be looking for streaming sites if they charge you money. And streaming sites earn money from advertisements.

I'm always rooting for members but a free streaming site?

If it's legit site (not pirate) it can never cover the costs of the content with ads so the entire endeavor is doomed.

I think you have a different view about streaming sites. (I'm not taking about sites like netflix or hulu.) Streaming sites uses "video embedding" to display content. So they never want to produce content at all. It is like sharing a youtube video on a different website. You just need the embed code to display the video.

Anything with the word free in hard to turn into a business because it obligates you forever to stay free and you can never truly monetize the site. You can never turn it into a subscription model unless you buy the domain OnlineStreams.com or change the name.

As a domain investor it would be very rare for me to purchase, or attempt to sell, domains with the word free in them. I do understand your point but how do you charge someone even 1k for a domain where end services will be free?

I won't take over your topic but I do wish you lots of success and the best thing that could happen is for you to sell the name and come back and show me I was wrong. I would be the first one to congratulate you
