What were your ideas when you registered this? Development potential could lie within career searching, nurses searching for jobs based in Denver possibly? I wouldn't say (personally) this had any immediate value, undeveloped, but I don't know much about these types of domains and wether locationcareer.com names have any value.

My first thought was that nurses are in huge demand everywhere (I assume this is the case in the Denver area too). I will have to definitely develop it into a nursing career site somehow.

I was also thinking that the name itself might worth more than reg fee for a Denver area Hospital or clinic or a local recruitment agency specialising in recruiting nurses.

I do think that developing a site is the way to go...
