How much would you say these two domains are worth? I am trying to sell them for $20 each but am having trouble. Do you think I should try to develop either of them before selling? I'm new but can't understand how development really works - even if I were to add some information to build up even a small amount of content - I can hardly see how that would build up enough traffic to result in any meaningful monetization (without going all out and developing an actual website that isn't specifically geared towards monetization - which is not what I intend to do as my intention was to sell both domains)
