Thank you pertosda. I just need an average value. Someone wants to buy it, but he doesn't want to offer, he wants me to put a price on it first. Thats why I need some some of 'real' value.

Real value is something that doesnt exist. A domain is worth what a buyer wants to pay for it

Just ask for an amount over what you would really sell it for. And then listen to what the buyer has to offer. After that, it is just a matter of negotiation until you get to a meeting point.
