I have a question - sure it is stupid - but I always see people here saying develop the site and worth much more. What exactly does it mean -- dont get me wrong I know what developing a site is, but what are you referring to exactly?

Say for surplusdeals.com --- to develop it should I build an ecommerce site? Should it be an affiliate site? A blog site about surplus products? Sorry for the novice question, I just wanted to know what others mean by developed.

I'm thinking of a site similar to Liquidation.com or Overstock.com. Somewhere you could contract out to sell surplus items for companies that are going out of business.(we all know there are a ton of them these days)

Reseller $50-$100

End user $300-$500, could be a lot more based on where you sell.

But development seems the best monetization option for this atm.
