domain Please Appraise submit-proxy.info

Hello, I was hoping someone could help me out and appraise my domain submit-proxy.info, as I might be interested in selling the domain or domain+site.

Things to consider:
The domain has an established site, and the main page has a google page rank of 3. Site currently is a proxy listing/submission site, could be monetized much more than it is if someone took the effort, I just don't have the time.

I'm new to the domain selling business, so any help/suggestions would be appreciated. Thanks.

I think info extension is bad for this domain name, there is an incongruity.


Why didn't you buy .net extension for submit-proxy. It's empty currently.
