None really I wrote a VB program the updates the site automatically once a month as you can see the entire site is HTML and has close to 25,000 pages. The program polls the database recreates and verifies all the pages and then uploads them to the site. I have only been using this site for it's traffic and haven't spent any time to enhance it at all but I have noticed that search engines love the html pages because they are all different.

Ballpark $18,000+ - assuming when you say makes "around $1,000" that you are talking a NET (after expenses) average for the last year and that sales are at least steady (no recent decline from historical averages).
