domain Honest opions needed

I am concidering selling my site SoftwareGeek.com I have personally owned it for 5 years but it is a 9 year old domain it currently gets an average of 1000 visitors a day and makes on the average $50.00 a day it is also DMOZ and Yahoo Directory listed but only has a PR4 right now but has been as high of a PR7 at times what do you all think ...

I think they say you should ask for the equivalent of 7 years revenue, so based on that it would be worth low $xxx,xxx. The site has almost 6,000 backlinks and has over 4,000 pages indexed on most search engines. The site doesn't load for me though, so I can't make any comments on that end. If you didn't get offered at least $50-$60K I wouldn't even consider it unless you are hard-up for cash.

Nice website. Although I can't appraise your site I would go with what idevlabs' suggestion. I think you should hold on it since it generating you money. Unless you really need the money, then sell it IMO. The domain is 9 years old it definitely got good priority in page ranking. Keep in mind that as long as there are computers and mini devices around, they will always need a software to run them.
